By accessing or using Rents In UAE (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Rents In UAE is an independent, community-powered data platform that aggregates and displays user-submitted rental price information across the United Arab Emirates.

We are not a real estate agency, broker, property portal, or licensed real estate service. We do not:

• List properties for rent or sale
• Facilitate any rental or property transactions
• Hold any UAE real estate brokerage licence
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data on the Platform
• Provide legal, financial, or investment advice

All information on the Platform is for informational and research purposes only.

Users may voluntarily submit rental price data ("Submissions"). By submitting data, you:

• Confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Grant Rents In UAE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the submitted data
• Understand that submissions are associated with an anonymous device identifier, not your personal identity

Your exact location is never stored. Submitted coordinates are offset by a random distance of approximately 30 metres to protect your privacy. No name, email, or personal information is collected.

The Platform includes a community voting mechanism allowing users to confirm or dispute submitted data. Rents In UAE does not independently verify any submission. Voting outcomes influence a data point's "confidence score" and visibility on the Platform but do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated rental data
• Submit data for properties you have no knowledge of
• Manipulate community votes through artificial means (vote brigading, bots, or coordinated abuse)
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or deceive other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit Platform data without written consent
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable UAE laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove any submission and restrict access to any device that violates these rules.

All Platform design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content is the property of Rents In UAE or its licensors. User-submitted data remains attributed to the community. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Any data on the Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Data on the Platform reflects current market conditions

You rely on any information from the Platform entirely at your own risk. Always verify rental prices directly with landlords or licensed agents before making any financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rents In UAE and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any data obtained through it — including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on inaccurate rental data, missed rental opportunities, or financial decisions based on Platform information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
