Tap any empty area on the map to see aggregated data: average, minimum, and maximum rent within a 500m radius. Useful for comparing market trends across neighbourhoods.
Filter the Dataset
Use the filter bar to narrow by property type (Studio, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, Villa, Bed Space…), price range, and furnished/unfurnished to understand segment-level trends.

How to submit your rent anonymously
Tap "Add Rent"
Hit the Add Rent button in the top bar. The map enters pin-drop mode.
Drop a Pin
Tap your building on the map. Drag the pin to fine-tune the location. Your coordinates are automatically shifted ~30m in a random direction before saving.
Fill in the Details
Enter the rent amount you pay, payment frequency (monthly or yearly), property type, whether it is furnished, and optionally your area name. This becomes an anonymous data point.
Submit Anonymously
Hit Submit. No account is created. A temporary device ID in your browser prevents duplicate submissions from the same device within 24 hours.
Community Verification
Every submission on Rents In UAE can be voted on by the community. This keeps the data clean and trustworthy.
Confirm
You know this rent is accurate — maybe you live nearby or paid a similar price.
Dispute
The price looks wrong or suspicious. Entries with too many disputes are auto-hidden.
Verified Badge
Entries with net positive confirms earn a Verified badge, making them more trustworthy.

Yes, completely free. There are no subscriptions, no premium tiers, and no hidden fees.
Who can submit a rent?
Anyone. Current tenants, past tenants, or anyone with direct knowledge of a rent paid in the UAE. We rely on community verification to surface accurate data.
How is my privacy protected?
Your exact location is offset by up to ~30 metres before saving. No personal data, email, or account is required. Your device fingerprint is stored only in your own browser.
What does "Community Verified" mean?
Data entries that have received more Confirm votes than Dispute votes from other community members. High-dispute entries are automatically hidden from the dataset.
Can I submit rent for any emirate?
Yes. Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain are all supported.
Is rent entered as monthly or yearly?
You can enter either. The platform converts and displays both — we follow UAE convention where yearly rent is standard.
