UAE Rental Market Data.
From Real Residents.
Rents In UAE is a free, anonymous rental market data platform where residents submit what they actually pay — creating aggregated price trends, area averages, and market insights. No sign-ups, no tracking, no agents. Just transparent data from your community.
Our Mission
The UAE rental market has long lacked transparency. Property portals advertise aspirational asking prices, agents quote inflated figures, and there's no reliable way to understand what the market actually looks like — until now.
Rents In UAE aggregates anonymous, user-submitted rental data from actual tenants across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and beyond. Each data point goes through community voting: other residents confirm or dispute the reported price. The result is a living, community-verified dataset visualised on an interactive map.
We believe rental market transparency is a public good. When renters can see aggregated price trends and area-level averages, they are better informed when making housing decisions. This platform provides data insights only — we do not list properties, act as a broker, or facilitate any rental transactions.
How Anonymous Data Submissions Work
Location Shifted for Privacy
When you submit a data point, your exact coordinates are offset by up to ~30 metres in a random direction. Your specific building is never pinpointed.
No Account Required
You never create an account or provide an email. A temporary device ID in your browser prevents duplicate submissions from the same device.
No Personal Data Stored
We store the rent amount, property type, and approximate area. Nothing that identifies you personally is ever saved to our database.
Community Voting Filters Noise
Each data submission can be Confirmed or Disputed by community members. Entries with too many disputes are automatically hidden, keeping the dataset clean.
Data Coverage
Our dataset includes user-submitted rental price data across all major property types:
We currently have rental market data across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and all other UAE emirates, with new data points added daily by the community.
Built for the UAE
UAE rent is quoted differently to most markets: landlords typically advertise annual (yearly) rent paid in 1–12 cheques. Our platform supports both yearly and monthly views so you can compare apples to apples.
We use UAE-standard property terminology: Studios, 1 BHK, 2 BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen), Villas, Bed Spaces, and Partitions. Area names follow local conventions: JLT Cluster X, Marina Shores, Downtown Dubai, Corniche Abu Dhabi, and so on.
